Scope

The Farmlink Project is a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to redirecting surplus produce to food banks across America. They wanted to find ways to raise brand awareness without spending large amounts of their donations, in an effort to prioritize maximum distribution and nonprofit action.

Process

As a volunteer Art Director, I initiated a partnership with OUTFRONT Media to land OOH placements across the country to raise awareness and drive donations. I defined the campaign's messaging, turning around drafts for multiple potential placements, and pitched concepts to founders, the CEO, and OUTFRONT decision makers.

Solution

The campaign landed in Times Square, the New York City Subway, and roadside across target markets. This partnership has been renewed with OUTFRONT as a charitable donation campaign for the past three years and has driven hundreds of thousands of dollars in donation.

The Farmlink Project has been recognized by the Congressional Medal of Honor Society's Citizen Award, Bill & Melinda Gates Goalkeeper Award, and the Jefferson Award for Public Service.
