Design a prospective app for PopUp Bagels as they franchise stores across the country.

Process

Conducted market research and user interviews of associated or similar apps to define key uses, while keeping the brand's overall goals for the app in mind. Mapped out user journeys to define key interaction points. Created wireframes using Figma, iteratively testing and refining the interactions with the client.

Solution

The franchise locator app allows for PopUp Bagels to direct potential customers and dedicated consumers to order online or for in-store pickup. As a prospective project, the company now owns the design and will bring it to development when they're ready to implement it into their marketing.
